How I Coul Help
In our sessions we’ll explore what anxiety looks like for you and what might be fueling it. Together we’ll look at your thoughts and behaviours, physical sensations, and some of the situations that tend to set anxiety off.
We’ll discuss ideas and tools to help manage it — grounding techniques, ways to calm the body, and exploring the some of your life’s stories that bring about anxious feelings.
I am privileged that my work at the Canterbury Men’s Centre and at Hagley College Cristchurch has given me extensive experience dealing first hand with the effects of anxiety. My aim is to work together to figure out the story of your life that you would rather be living in. Once we find this new story, we’ll work strengthen it so you can live your life with hope, peace, and confidence.
